    Great information – the key is to get independent agencies to manage the WH&B Act – not the Bureau of Land Management. Keep the horses on their land.

      Kris Anderson: What you are implying is either domestication or a zoo, whichever way it gets funded.bWild horses are a national cultural issue because they are so tied to the open and wild nature of public land itself. The issue is bigger than horses, though horses are one of the most recognizable issues
