On Saturday August 20th at the Colorado Independent Publishers Awards Banquet in Denver, Carol J. Walker Accepted the 1st place EVVY Award for best Coffee Table Book for Galloping to Freedom: Saving the Adobe Town Appaloosas. Carol is the author and photographer of the book, and her company Painted Hills Publishing is the publisher. The Cana Foundation backed the book and made it possible, and will receive 50% of the proceeds. The Cana Foundation: https://www.canafoundation.org
